Player Agreement

*As a condition of signing-up as a player with the River City Poker League (RCPL) the Player hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

• The term “product” as used herein includes but is not limited to any services, products or supplies provided or sold by the River City Poker League to the Player/Purchaser.

• The Player must agree to the rules listed herein; and must be at least 21 years of age.

• The Player hereby acknowledges and agrees that at NO TIME CAN PLAYERS IN THESE TOURNAMENTS RISK ANYTHING OF VALUE INCLUDEING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; CASH, CASH EQUIVALENT, OR ANYTHING OF VALUE, and that at any time a player is found to break this rule, they will be disqualified from any current and future events, and will be immediately asked to leave the premise of any RCPL event.

• The River City Poker League will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages directly or indirectly caused at any hosted event.  The Player agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and release the RCPL (and it’s members, employees, contractors and their respected successors) from any and all claims, damages, cost and expenses, including attorney fees relating to any and all events.

• The Player agrees to allow the RCPL to use your image on it’s website and/or promotional material for marketing purposes only.

• The River City Poker League provides prizes and trips for special events and requires all players to wear RCPL apparel/logo at any awarded event.

• The River City Poker League, may, in it’s sole discretion and with or without prior warning or notice, suspend or terminate a player from current or future events if the RCPL concludes you have breached these terms and conditions.

• The Player hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees to the above terms.
